CRP Affordable Housing, MAAC, and MirKa Investments partnered to deliver much-needed housing for farmworker families in Imperial, California. Completed in late 2021, Phase 1 of the 114-unit Worthington La Luna Family Apartments offers 66 units for families earning 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income. The complex includes 103 parking spaces, a community room, computer lounge, lobby, leasing offices, and more.
