Senator Conness Apartments, located on a 9.6-acre site in Chico's Oak Valley region, offers 162 homes near retail, multifamily, and single-family developments at Deer Creek Highway and Bruce Road. The project is financed with 9% Federal FCAA Disaster Relief LIHTC, part of a $980 million allocation to help California communities rebuild after the 2017-2018 wildfires that destroyed over 32,000 structures.
