Napa Cove Apartments, a 66-unit affordable housing project in American Canyon, CA, will serve families earning 30-60% of the AMI. The 3.48-acre project is funded by 9% Federal Disaster Relief LIHTCs, created to support rebuilding efforts after wildfires destroyed over 32,000 structures in California in 2017-2018.
