CRP Affordable Housing and Community Development is developing Monterey Apartments, a 113-unit affordable housing community in Gilroy, California. Located at 8955 Monterey Road, the project is designed to provide high-quality housing for large families while expanding access to affordable housing in a growing region of Santa Clara County. In partnership with Community Revitalization and Development Corporation (CRDC) and Life STEPS, Monterey Apartments will offer resident services and long-term housing stability.
