About the project
A $5.7M loan from San Mateo County’s Affordable Housing Fund and 30 Project-Based Vouchers enabled construction to begin in December 2023 on Eucalyptus Grove Apartments in Burlingame. Located at 1875 California Drive, near the Millbrae Transit Station, the 69-unit development by CRP Affordable Housing and Abode Housing will serve households earning 20% to 50% of AMI, with 18 units for homeless veterans and half for families needing larger apartments.
