The project is a multifamily apartment building with 128 rental units, all classified as affordable housing per California Government Code Sections 65915-65918, serving households earning 50-80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The building includes podium parking with residential units above and offers amenities such as a community room, PC lab, laundry room, leasing offices, mail and parcel rooms, a tot lot, outdoor BBQ and gaming areas, and landscaped gathering spaces. Due to its 100% affordable status, the project qualifies for an 80% density bonus. The zoning allows 18 units per acre on the 3.96-acre site, permitting 71 base units. The density bonus adds 57 units, bringing the total to 128 units.
