About the project

CRP Affordable Housing and Community Development, in partnership with contractor Workbench, is proposing an 83-unit mixed-use affordable housing project on the 900 block of Water Street. The development will feature 82 below-market-rate apartments for households earning 30%–80% of the Area Median Income, plus one manager’s unit. Plans include ground-floor commercial space, an outdoor patio for a potential restaurant, a children’s play structure, and a garage with 38 parking spaces accessible from Stanford Avenue.
