About the project
CRP Affordable Housing and Community Development is developing Arbor View Apartments, a 67-unit fully affordable housing community in Fremont, California. Located within a transit-oriented development near the future Irvington BART station, the project is designed to provide long-term housing stability with access to public transit, open space, and community amenities. Arbor View reflects CRP’s continued focus on expanding affordable housing in high-demand markets across California.
